Here you will see an example of some silver plate marks for the company Walker and Hall. They are not to be confused with Silver Hallmarks as they do not have a Lion passant or a Assay Office stamp. Do not be confused by the Crown over the letters EP. These letters stand for Electro Plate and the crown is a stamp from the manufacturers and not the Sheffield Assay office.
It is stamped in old english script "W & H S"(Walker & Hall) and then a shield shape with a crown in it and underneath "EP"
